Shipping Policy

Welcome to Myvol.in – your gateway to premium, story-driven fragrances. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed, packed, and delivered. We are committed to ensuring that every delivery from Myvol.in is secure, timely, and seamless.
1. Shipping Coverage
Right now, we are delivering to all serviceable pin codes in India through trusted courier partners. We also provide shipping to select international locations; therefore, please contact us before placing an international order to confirm feasibility, costs, and customs requirements.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days from the day of confirmation. An email and/or SMS notification will be sent to you once the order is packed and shipped.
Note: Orders placed post-3:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In times of great demand, such as sales, festive drops, or new launch events, processing may see a slight increase in timing. We appreciate your patience and assure you that every order will be handled with utmost care.
3. Shipping Time
Domestic Delivery (India)
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (if available).
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, interruptions due to weather, or courier services. The farther you are, the longer it will take.
International Shipping
Countries where international shipping is offered typically receive their orders in less than 7-15 business days, provided everything customs-wise goes smoothly.
4. Shipping Charges
Within India
- Orders above ₹999: Standard Shipping.
- Orders below ₹999: flat shipping.
- Express Shipping (if selected): Price determined at checkout based on location.
For International Orders
- Shipping costs vary depending on destination and weight and are shown at checkout
Kindly note
- The recipient is liable for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees, if applicable.
- Myvol.in does not cover or control these charges.
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS once your order gets dispatched to keep a real-time check on your delivery status. You can also track your order anytime from the “My Orders” section of your Myvol.in account dashboard.
Should you face any issues in tracking the consignment, feel free to contact support.
6. Delivery Attempt
Our delivery partners will try to contact you for your delivery twice. If he is unavailable, your order will be sent back to our warehouse. In such cases:
- We will call you to re-arrange the delivery service or reship your order
- – You may incur charges for reshipping orders that are returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or wrong address details.
7. Packaging & Care
All orders from Myvol.in are packed carefully in:
- Tamper-proof outer packaging
- Signature presentation boxes for some select SKUs
- Cushioning which keeps the integrity of the perfume
We do not just endeavour to give a product, but ensure that it provides an amazing unboxing experience.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
While we do our utmost to guarantee safe delivery, in the rare circumstance of:
- Visible damage on delivery – refuse the package and notify us immediately along with photo proof
- Package delivered but not received – contact us within 48 hours of the delivery alert
We will investigate the matter and initiate either a replacement or refund based on the findings.
9. Address Errors
Verify your shipping information during checkout. Myvol.in assumes no responsibility for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address submission. If an order returns due to address errors, we will contact you for reshipment (additional charges may apply).
10. Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel your order:
- Contact us within one hour after the order placement
- Once shipped, no changes can be made, nor can the order be canceled
We suggest double-checking your particulars before confirming the order.
11. Delays Due to Uncontrollable Events
Myvol.in shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery arising from:
- Rainy weather
- Political unrest or strikes
- Public holidays or backlog in courier services
- Force majeure events (natural calamities, pandemics, etc.)
We will make all reasonable efforts to keep you informed and arrive at a prompt resolution where possible.
